These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Adviin at adviin.ai (the “Site”), including any content, features, and contact forms we make available.
By accessing the Site, browsing its pages, or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Use of the website
You may use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to:

Any engagement for AI strategy, adoption, training, or delivery work will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or contract agreed between you and Adviin, not by the marketing content on this Site alone.
While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that all content on the Site is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times.
5. Contact forms and submissions
When you submit our home page contact form or the general inquiry form on our Contact page, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You have authority to share any business or personal details you submit on behalf of an organization, where applicable
- You agree to our Privacy Policy and these Terms, as stated on the form
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, obligation to provide services, or guarantee of response within a particular timeframe. We will use reasonable efforts to reply to legitimate inquiries.

6. Intellectual property

8. Professional services

Nothing on the Site obliges Adviin to accept any project, proposal, or engagement. We reserve the right to decline work that is outside our expertise, conflicts with our policies, or is not commercially viable.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, in connection with your use of the Site.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or that defects will be corrected immediately.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adviin and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms (other than liability that cannot be excluded by law) will not exceed PHP 10,000 or the amount you paid to Adviin for services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adviin from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site (excluding separate service contracts).
